Our Milestones: From New York to Jerusalem

1979

Retail Beginnings in the USA

Started in the retail business with **Trade Fair Supermarkets** in the United States, beginning with a 3,500 sq ft outlet in Queens, New York, which eventually expanded into a chain of retail stores.

1984–1992

US Market Dominance & Real Estate

Expanded Trade Fair to **10 locations** and earned recognition as one of the top 50 privately-owned companies in Queens. Concurrently, the company made significant strides in **commercial and residential real estate** in New York and Pennsylvania, now owning 25 prime locations.

1999

Investment in Jerusalem and Ramallah

Began investing in the real estate market in **Jerusalem and Ramallah**, providing initial commercial and business spaces in the West Bank.

2012–2017

Baladi Mall Stages 1 & 2

Started developing **Baladi Mall and Supermarket** projects. Stage 2 was completed in 2017, expanding the area to 3,000 sq ft and including a fitness club and medical centers.

2022

Stage 3 Expansion: 30,000 sq. ft.

Expanded the area by **30,000 sq ft** to include diverse retail spaces, apartments, offices, and medical clinics, demonstrating rapid growth.

Future

Visionary Development (Stages 4 & 5)

Future plans include developing two residential towers (18 floors each), a five-star hotel, and an indoor mall (~60,000 sqm) with underground parking. Also planning to **expand Baladi Mall into the West Bank and Jericho**.
